Inscription: Front endpaper: “Hyrum Smith’s Book” in brown ink. Same page in a different handwriting: Pulaski Cahoon’s book, bought of(sic) Hiram(sic) Smith Kirtland Feb the 11th 1832” in Black ink. Same page: “Pulaski Cahoon Book Bot(sic) of(sic) Hiram(sic) Smith” in brown ink, third or first handwriting.
